Financial Expert and Client Advocate
Harikanth Peddi, who has over 28 years of experience in the equity and mutual fund industry, has carved a niche for himself as a financial expert. His experience and knowledge of the equity and mutual fund market, coupled with his focus on client relationships, help him provide clients with financial solutions that cater to their specific needs.
He has actively pursued many courses and seminars on personal finance, and his knowledge of the subject has helped him become an expert. He prides himself on his ability to analyze his clients' financial situations and help them through life's challenges.
So far, he has helped over 2000 clients through his financial solutions, which are tailored to cater to the specific needs of his clients.
Currently, he heads the Sales and Marketing division at PRK Finserve Pvt. Ltd. His dedication and passion for educating clients about personal finance help anyone who approaches him tackle the challenges of personal finance.
Mr. Srinivas Rao Peddi
Mr Srinivas Rao Peddi is an experienced financial professional with over 38 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry. Born to Sri Rajamouli and Smt. Saraswati Devi, Mr Peddi has had a distinguished career marked by his unswerving dedication to helping people achieve their objectives through disciplined planning and prudent investment decisions.
Mr Peddi is a Post Graduate in M.Com and MBA, as well as a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Mr. Peddi is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). The CFP designation is one of the most prestigious designations globally for financial planning. The CFP designation is awarded to only a select few financial professionals in India.
Mr Peddi started his career as a Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) Agent in 1986. He gradually diversified his expertise in various fields like financial planning, stock broking, life insurance, telecom, chit fund business, etc. Mr. Peddi has had extensive experience in goal-based investments and financial advisory services.
Presently, he is serving as a Senior Vice President for Zen Securities Limited. He is also a Director for PRK Finserv Pvt Ltd, a family-owned business that has been in the business of wealth management since 2006.
Their mission is “to empower individuals and families to achieve financial security and prosperity.” Mr Peddi is not only known for his professional achievements; he is also known for being a mentor, a trainer, and a life coach. He has mentored over 100 professionals in personal finance. He has also conducted Investor Awareness Programs that have benefited over 30,000 individuals. Moreover, he was a CFP Trainer for five years, wherein he mentored over 500 entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals to
become successful in their careers as financial planners.
Mr Peddi's dedication to mentoring has also earned him the Nationwide “Best Mentor of the Year” Award for 2019 from Business Mint. Mr Peddi is not only known for his professional achievements; he is also known for his contributions to society. He is a Trust Member for Lions Bhojanalay, a charitable trust that provides free food for 250-300 people daily near the Exhibition Grounds.
Mr Peddi lives a purposeful life. He believes in the philosophy that a purposeful life consists of the 3Ps: Purpose, Passion, and Pride. His motto is: “When the WHY is strong, the HOW becomes easy.”
Peddi Ravikanth
Under his leadership and through his commitment to operational excellence, Ravikanth Peddi, aged 53 years, is playing a vital role in the development of PRK Finserve Pvt. Ltd. As the Managing Director of the firm, Ravikanth is responsible for managing the administration of the firm, including employee coordination and other operational activities of the firm.
His ability to manage people, systems, and processes has helped create a disciplined and structured work environment within the firm. The operational leadership of Ravikanth is also responsible for supervising the development activities of the firm, ensuring that the strategic development of the firm is executed effectively.
Through his operational leadership, Ravikanth is also ensuring that the firm is able to deliver effective services to its growing client base through operational excellence. In addition, through his leadership, Ravikanth is also helping ensure that the firm is able to deliver its strategic visions through effective processes, thereby helping the firm grow in its area of operation.
His practical approach to managing operations, coupled with his commitment to operational excellence, makes him a major pillar in the success of PRK Finserve Pvt. Ltd.
Peddi Rajamouli
A Veteran Technologist and Guiding Force Peddi Rajamouli is a veteran technologist with several decades of illustrious service in the field of Electronics and Defense Research. With a wealth of experience, wisdom, and discipline, he brings these qualities into every role that he takes up in his life. An accomplished Electronics Engineer, he has served his country with immense dedication and commitment as a Scientific Officer in the Defense Electronics Research Laboratory (DLRL), where he has significantly contributed to Research and Technological Development in Defense Research.
After an illustrious career of service, he retired with honor at the ripe old age of 60. But his passion for doing something for society and mentoring youngsters led him into a brand-new role as Director in PRK Finserve Pvt. Ltd., where he has been actively associated for over 22 years.
He is an inspiring force even today at an advanced age of over 82+ years of age, exuding qualities of discipline, integrity, dedication, hard work, and commitment to every role that he takes up in life. He is also known for being a single point of support for anyone in need, and this has helped him build strong associations with people around him. His guidance, encouragement, and mentoring have significantly contributed to the growth of PRK Finserve.
The organization is greatly blessed by his strategic advice, leadership qualities, and commitment, which have been major contributors in laying a strong foundation for the company and its growth over the years.
